Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken
This grilled lemon herb chicken is bursting with fresh flavors from lemon, garlic, and aromatic herbs. It's easy to make and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic that has been minced, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and make sure they are covered evenly
Put the food in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to marinate
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade
Cook the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's done and the juices run clear
Serve hot, and if you want, top with more lemon slices
