Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic that has been minced, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and make sure they are covered evenly

Put the food in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours to marinate

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Cook the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's done and the juices run clear

Serve hot, and if you want, top with more lemon slices
