Spinach Queso Dip
A creamy and flavorful dip loaded with spinach and cheese, perfect for parties or game day gatherings. Ingredients: 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup diced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped spinach 1/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat Add diced onion and minced garlic, saut until softened Sprinkle flour over the onion and garlic mixture, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes Gradually pour in milk while stirring to avoid lumps Add shredded cheeses gradually, stirring until melted and smooth Fold in diced tomatoes and chopped spinach Season with salt and pepper to taste Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread slices for dipping
