Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs

These slow-cooked BBQ ribs are tender, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting meal. The slow cooker does all the work, leaving you with delicious, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in a mouthwatering BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar

Place ribs in the slow cooker, pour BBQ sauce mixture over them, and ensure ribs are evenly coated

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until ribs are tender and cooked through

Once cooked, remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired

Serve hot and enjoy!
