Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs
These slow-cooked BBQ ribs are tender, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting meal. The slow cooker does all the work, leaving you with delicious, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in a mouthwatering BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar
Place ribs in the slow cooker, pour BBQ sauce mixture over them, and ensure ribs are evenly coated
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until ribs are tender and cooked through
Once cooked, remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired
Serve hot and enjoy!
