Spicy Slow-Cooker Pumpkin Latte
Warm up your fall party with this easy-to-make pumpkin latte that tastes great and is made in a slow cooker. It's great for cozy nights in or having people over.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups brewed coffee
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Whipped cream for serving
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine brewed coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves
Stir until well combined
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours
After 2 hours, stir the latte mixture again
Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
