Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Mayonnaise and mustard for topping
Instructions:
Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
To keep things from sticking, lightly oil the grates or griddle
Spread the chicken burger patties out on the grill or griddle
Cook for five to six minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and the outside has a nice char
While the food is almost done, toast the burger buns on the grill or griddle until they are just barely golden
Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together
First put a lettuce leaf on top, then a chicken patty
If you want, you can add sliced tomatoes, red onion, and extra dill pickles
Put the other half of the toasted bun on top, and serve hot
